Ajay Bhalla - President of DataCash

Ajay Bhalla, President of DataCash - a MasterCard Worldwide company, is responsible for all of MasterCard’s Commerce Gateway Services. Mr. Bhalla provides the strategic direction and management of MasterCard's global end-to-end gateway processing solutions organizations –DataCash and MIGS- as well as the associated DataCash Fraud Tool and Risk Management services. Previously Mr. Bhalla led the fourteen markets that comprise the South East and South Asia division at MasterCard which became a hotbed for the roll-out of new technology and innovative card programs. Mr. Bhalla began his career with MasterCard Worldwide in 1992, bringing more than five years of experience in marketing from Hongkong Bank and Xerox. He has an undergraduate Honors degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi, India and a Masters in Management Studies from the University of Bombay, India.

Marc Friedman - Business Financial Officer

Marc Friedman is the Business Financial Officer for DataCash where he is responsible for all financial aspects for the Company. Prior to his current role Mr. Friedman served as the Business Finance Officer for the Worldwide Marketing organization in MasterCard as well as various other financial roles within the company.  Before joining MasterCard in 2005, Mr. Friedman worked with Alpharma AHD, a generic pharmaceutical company, as the Director, Financial, Planning and Analysis and with Bestfoods/Unilever as a Manager of Financial Analysis for their established brands. Mr. Friedman has a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany in the USA and an MBA from the London Business School.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Giles Naylor - Senior Business Leader, Managing Counsel

Giles Naylor is the Managing Counsel for the DataCash Group, with responsibility for all legal and compliance aspects of the group's activities.  Previously, he was a Regional Counsel for the MasterCard consultancy division - MasterCard Advisors for three years.  Prior to his time at MasterCard, Giles spent six years in private practice working for the corporate and commercial teams at Ashursts in London and Paris, and six years as a European Counsel for Unisys.  Giles has an M.A in Modern History from Oxford University, having attended Balliol College.  He holds post-graduate legal diplomas from the College of Law.

Barry Skillett - Chief Operational Officer

Barry Skillett is the Chief Operating Officer for DataCash, where he is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Mr. Skillett leads DataCash teams in Product Management, Project Management, Software Development, IT Operations, Support Services and Client Finance. Barry has over 20 years experience in the Payments Industry including major contributions in BACS where he led the programme management of the replacement electronic funds transfer service and established the IT Service Management function. During his time at PayPoint he led the Operation through the LSE’s most successful IPO of 2004, and a greater than 14-fold increase in annual transaction processing. Barry has an honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick and management qualifications gained at the University of Hertfordshire and The London Business School.

Wendy Dobson - Director of Innovation, Partner Sales and Multi-Channel

Wendy Dobson is Head of Innovation; Partner Sales and Multi-Channel. Wendy's responsibilities include leading research trends and new innovations in e-commerce and m-commerce as well as driving forward strategy and sales within both our partner and multi-channel teams. Wendys previous roles include Sales and Marketing Director for Servebase Computer Systems and Comms XL Ltd and Director for Business Development at Smart Technology Solutions Ltd and Director of Business Development for Payments EMEA-Transaction Network Services (TNS).  Throughout this time Wendy has driven sales, marketing and product strategy working with the emergence of new technologies and standards within E-Commerce payments, Customer present inc. Chip and PIN, contactless and now mobile payments.

Tania Platt - Director, Sales and Relationship Management

Tania Platt joined DataCash in 2009 and  is responsible for the merchant business.  She manages the sales and relationship management team which focuses on DataCash's existing clients and also the strategy to acquire new business across defined market sectors. Tania has held a number of senior business development positions prior to joining DataCash. Most recently she was Head of Sales and Marketing for a VOIP specialist company - Xconnect, following three years at IDT where she ran the European sales team. Her career has also included 12 years with Cable and Wireless in various capacities including Sales Director of their international wholesale division.Tania has a first class honours degree in Business Studies and French.

Tim Fletcher - Senior Vice President, Commerce Gateway Product Management

Tim Fletcher is the Group Head, Commerce Gateway Solutions and is based in London. He is responsible for leading the product commercialization of the DataCash and MiGS platforms across MasterCard.  Mr Fletcher started with MasterCard in 2007 based in Sydney where he was the Product Manager for the MiGS platform in APMEA. Prior to joining MasterCard Mr Fletcher served as general manager with an international payment solution provider where he gained extensive experience in the following areas: Smart Cards, Payment Systems, Point of Sale solutions, Merchant Acquiring Services, Commerce Gateways and reseller channel management. Mr Fletcher is a graduate and an alumnus of Macquarie University, School of Management.
