DataCash Group Plc is the holding company of DataCash Ltd the payments solution provider, and has been listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) since 1996.

The group changed its name from Auxinet plc to DataCash Group plc at the AGM on 28th May 2003 to reinforce the fact that it is now purely focused on payments processing and risk management.
