Ashley Head, Executive Chairman

Ashley Head, 57, has over 30 years experience in the payment processing/banking industry. He was involved in establishing the business of ProcCyber (acquired by DataCash in June 2006) where he led the business development. Previous roles have included Senior Vice President for the Africa region for MasterCard International and Director of Technology and Electronic Banking for The National Commercial Bank in Saudi Arabia. As Executive Chairman, Ashley is a full time member of the Management Team, focusing on strategy and business development.

David Bailey, Deputy Non-Executive Chairman

David Bailey, 59, joined the Board in November 1999. David spent many years as a partner of Phillips and Drew and subsequently a director following its acquisition by UBS. He is Chairman of GoIndustry plc, the Aim–listed used industrial equipment auctioneer and a non-executive director of a number of other companies. David’s main responsibilities in DataCash are managing City and Investor Relations.

Andrew Dark, Chief Executive

Andrew Dark, 45, joined the Board in January 2006. Andrew has held a number of senior positions including, most recently, Chief Operating Officer of Dione plc. Prior to that he was the Retail Systems Sales Director for NCR Corporation and was International Sales Director for Riva Group plc. Andrew is responsible for the company’s Operational & Service Delivery, Sales & Marketing and Software Development.

Paul Burton, Chief Financial Officer

Paul Burton, 37, joined in January 2005 as Chief Executive Officer of ProcCyber Services S.A. Pty Ltd. Prior to this he was managing director of Mercantrade (which was acquired by ProcCyber), having previously served as its financial director. Paul holds a B.com, a B.compt (hons) and CA (S.A.), and is a member of the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants. Paul is responsible for the Groups Financial Management and controls.

Nicholas Temple, Non-Executive Director

Nicholas Temple, 60, joined the Board in August 2000. Nick has over 30 years experience in the global technology markets with IBM and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of IBM UK in 1992 and subsequently became Chairman in 1995. Nick is also non-executive director of a number of other technology businesses.
